It has a separate living room and is a 10 minute walk away from George Square. You'd be sharing with two girls and one guy. The flat has recently been refurbished very tastefully.
The flat is been rented out by Edinburgh uni so you must be an Edinburgh University student to apply.
Rent is £340 per month.

RoxanaS writes "Nice spacious room available in a gorgeous 2 bedroom flat to share with one other female student.
Preferably looking for another student, female or male, who is tidy and enjoys having a good time.
It is a beautiful and light room with bed, desk, a big window, cable TV and Fast Wireless Broadband. There is also a working fireplace. You will have your very own walk-in wardrobe. The whole flat is beautifully kept in a Victorian style with high ceilings.
Bed linen can be provided (pillow, duvet, fresh sheets)
Roseburn Terrace, close to Haymarket and 10 minutes on the bus to the city center. Bus station is in front of the flat and has a very frequent bus service (4 bus-lines).
The flat has a bathroom with electric shower/bath and a big kitchen/living room with 2 brown leather sofas, Gas cooker - Oven - Fridge/Freezer - washer/dryer.
There is also plenty of cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils to use and plenty of storage space in the kitchen for you.
The flat is really spacious, especially the free bedroom, which is the bigger one of the two.
Just have a look at the picture, they say it all.
Room is available from the beginning to the end of MAY 2009.
As the second flat mate is leaving at the end of May, the only possibility to stay longer would be to find you a new flat mate who wishes to stay from June onwards.
320 a month, All bills included, there is no extra cost! Central heating and double glazing.
Please get in touch with me if you would like more info or to view the flat or get more details.
Cheers,
Roxy

studentcoach writes "Good evening everyone. My name is Chris Lee and I have recently completed my Professional Coaching Certificate and my goal is to offer my services to students. Coaching is not counselling or advising. It is building a partnership and supporting the client to make the journey that he/she may have trouble making on their own. Coaching in no way undermines the good work being done by careers guidance or student support. My idea is very much in its infancy and there is much to do at my end to ensure there is sufficient interest. I use my coaching skills to help clients define their goals and aims clearly and get them organised to achieve them. I provide my clients with a mutually designed framework for personal development. Life coaching is different because it focuses on the person rather than the subject. "
