The house has 4 bedrooms, bathroom, fully-fitted modern kitchen (new cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc.), a spacious lounge and a private, sheltered garden with shed space for bikes. Excellent local car parking. Close to local shops and only a short walk from Cameron Toll. The bedroom will be furnished with double bed, desk, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Rent will be £250 PCM plus bills, which will include 2MB unlimited broadband Internet access available in rooms. No deposit is required.
