The location is the Marchmont area, 20mins from King's Buildings, 5mins from George Square.
Rent is £240 pcm plus bills (just electric and telephone).
The room itself is quite large (approx 5x5 metres).
We are looking for a student who is either gender, fairly quiet and a non-smoker.
Sadly, pets aren't allowed in the flat. We checked.
