The flat is in Dalry (just up from Haymarket station), 1 minutes walk away from a decent supermarket and 2 minutes walk to the UGC complex in fountainbridge. Princes street is approximatly 15 minutes away, and george square can be walked too in approximatly 25 minutes. Bus routes to everywhere (including KB).
Would suit a student couple best.
This is not my own personal letting. I am wanting to move out as i have just finished uni, but the flat I have just signed for means that there will be a 1 month crossover. Hence I'll be out of pocket a months rent. I can arrange viewings personally, and then put you into contact with the letting agents if you wish to take the property.
Here's my honest opinion of the flat:
-Quite bright green walls in the lounge arn't exactly my cup of tea, but frankly u get used to it quickly enough and even begin to love them. Honest! I suppose you could also paint it if it was the only thing putting u off.
-The bathroom isn't the greatest, but who lives in a bathroom? Did I mention it's bright pink?
-The kitchen is good, and big for a 1 bedroomed flat. Bigger than alot of 5 bedroomed flats I've seen infact. It also has a drier in it, aswell as a big chest freezer.
-It's probably the biggest 1 bedroomed flat i've seen. There is enough room for a study area in the lounge, and one in the bedroom, with plenty to spare.
-The location with the supermarket, train station and UGC complex right on the doorstep is pretty nifty.
- With it being ground floor, it's not the brightest flat.
-Cheap as chips.
