Wanted: Wanted: room, south part of (centre) Edinburgh, 10 April - 15 June

I am a Dutch (female, non smoking) student and I am doing my internship in Edinburgh (at SAC, at the Bush Estate and Kings Buildings). I am looking for a room from 10 April till 13 (or 15) June of 2006. It would be great if the room is located in the south of the city (centre) and at walking distance from a bus stop of bus line 15 or 37 (they go to Bush Estate).
It would be nice to live in a house/flat with more students/people just started working. It would be great if there is a possibility to have access to internet, and if it is (partly) furnished.
