I currently have my own flat in the Pilrig area of Edinburgh, quite central and about 15/20 mins walking from Princess Street and 5 mins walk to many bus routes to major work areas and all the Universities. I am willing to offer my large lounge for rent as a single bedroom. I am looking for a clean living, friendly, mature, balanced, outgoing and easy going female (student or working professional). I am not always staying at the flat. Non smoker please and no pets. Your room is large and bright and has a sofa and a single bed. You will only be sharing with one other i.e. me (when I am around).The flat is only two years old so in good order and very nice and clean with all the mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, fridge, freezer central heating etc. Fully furnished. The flat is off Pilrig Street in Edinburgh (EH6) which is close to the Broughton area and a few mins walk from Leith walk, so really quite central.
