laurasmit writes "We are looking for a fifth housemate for our centrally located, flat on Gillespie Crescent, Bruntsfield, 15 minutes walk from George Square.
This is a short-term let, available from the 23rd of March until the 14th of June. The room costs £80 (negotiable) a week excluding bills.
The flat is mixed; with 2 boys and 2 girls. 3 undergraduate Biology students and one Post-grad Management student.
The flat is spacious, has two bathrooms, a wireless internet connection and phone line.
The room is great, really big, double bed, two wardrobes, sofa, chest of draws, out of use fireplace, bay windows and wooden floors.
