server errors with the Web Messenger chat window

Hello,

I successfully logged into MSN via your Web Messenger link. I can even receive messages from my contacts on MSN. However, there is an error in the reply portion of the chat window. The lower portion of the chat window does not load. It gives the following error:

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /chat_send.php could not be found on this server.

Any idea why? I tried with both Firefox and IE. It doesn't seem to be a browser problem.
