Expected much better. Such a story and such poore effects.
Nothing can be compared to the fights of Lord of the Rings. Confused

of course not. lord of the rings is .... something u cant compare another film to!! lol

i thought troy was good tho. it wasnt flawless, darling brads acting was sketchy at times. and there were way too many shots of his just off centre front profile wearing his helmet thingy. i mean come on. plus it was a bit slow at the start, but once it got going the hours flew, and it was quite good i thought. but each to their own ...

Not the epic I was originally expecting. We'll have to wait for 'Alexander' later this year...... maybe?

The first part killed it for me. Brad over acting like a loon. Orlando Bloom looking totally mis-cast.

I think my negative attitude comes from the fact I was expecting a really good film, but I guess it passed the time.
